Peruvian Street Jobs

About

I have been living in Switzerland for several years. When I visited my family in Peru, I noticed very striking peculiarities of Lima, a city of more than 20 million inhabitants, on each trip. I noticed that very little has been documented about street work. For example, the person who exchanges dollars for soles at a better price than at the bank. Or the woman who prepares freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. I created a series of black and white illustrations influenced by "chicha" graphics. A pop art craft of typography and serigraphy typical of Lima region.
